You might see a screen where we ask you to update your billing information. 

We ask this for business members where the VAT number is missing or invalid. 

You can update your VAT number on the My account > Subscription & Billing page if you click on the Edit billing info button:

You have to click on the Save button in order to record the change. 

You cannot use the product until you fill this data in.
